Introducing my very first garment pattern, the Avonlea Cardigan. "It's a sweater!" El Guapo would be proud. I began crocheting when I was pregnant with my littlest babe. Going from carving to crochet was a good choice since there were now going to be 3 tiny people running, scooting and crawling around the house. I needed a craft that I could set down without running the risk of injuries. Time to put the knives away for a while and get out the hooks. Ooh, maybe my blog should be called "From Knives to Hooks."
